Multiple fake accounts, impersonation, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or permanent termination.
Marketplace Listings
Sellers are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, condition, pricing, and availability of listed products or services.
Illegal goods, counterfeit items, stolen products, weapons, adult content, drugs, or misleading listings are strictly prohibited.
eBagit reserves the right to edit, suspend, reject, or remove listings that violate platform policies without prior notice.
Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription plans, listing boosts, and promotional services may require payment before activation.
Payments submitted for verification may remain pending until manually reviewed and approved by platform administrators.
Fraudulent payment confirmations, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions may result in account suspension and removal of platform access.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription and promotional payments are non-refundable once approved and activated.
Buyer & Seller Safety
- âĸ Users should independently verify products, sellers, and payment details before completing transactions.
- âĸ Meet in safe public locations whenever possible when conducting physical transactions.
- âĸ Never share sensitive banking passwords, OTPs, or private financial credentials with other users.
- âĸ Report suspicious listings, scams, harassment, or abusive behavior immediately.
Prohibited Activities

- âĸ Attempting to hack, overload, exploit, or disrupt platform systems.
- âĸ Using automated bots, spam tools, or unauthorized scripts.
- âĸ Uploading harmful software, malware, or malicious files.

User information is handled responsibly and protected using reasonable security measures.
By using the platform, you consent to the storage and processing of relevant account and transaction data.
Limitation of Liability
eBagit operates solely as an online marketplace platform connecting independent buyers and sellers.
We do not guarantee product quality, delivery, seller authenticity, transaction completion, or user conduct.
The platform shall not be held liable for losses, damages, disputes, scams, or business interruptions arising from user interactions.
Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.
Serious violations including fraud, scams, abuse, or illegal activity may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
